®	To explain exactly what D-Town Underground is, We must first look at the culture D-Town represents.
	D-Town is the outcome of a Electronic community, a Dance community and a Culture. Started by kids for the kids, D-Town was founded to bring information and resources to the people, helping to promote and build upon detroit's underground scene.
	The scene in Detroit, "The home of Techno" is some what weaker than most other states and countries. Though we maintain the hardest sound around, We still lack in organization and commitment. Our scene is the truest of the underground, but also the dirtiest and the most distraught. We have some of the greatest talent in this city along with some of the most brilliant young minds full of potential. Yet much goes to waste.
	Only 25% of the kids in our scene know anything about it, Most of them being DJ’s, Composers, Breakers or Promoters. Others don’t attend our events to see the talent. They attend because there is nothing else better to do. Many of them would like to get involved, but don’t know how or where to start.
	Why, Because there is no organization, No fountain of resource, Nowhere for kids to exchange ideas and work together to build a greater more intricate scene. Just kids that like the same music, Gather every weekend to celebrate there music and then go home. To many, that is where it ends. But to some, to those who care, those who want more, to them that isn’t enough.

We are a organization dedicated to the Preservation of Detroit's Scene and Culture. We unite the children of Detroit and bring them Together as a whole to offer every resource possible. We take the potential of this Scene to the highest aspect, Incorporating Art, Dance, Music, Poetry, News and More. This is Tha D-Town Underground, A Organization for the Kids By the Kids to give this city "The home of Techno" what it deserves.
